Project management at the operational heart of the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh.
Our scope covered ceremonies, delivery of every event zone and day-to-day operations across seven weeks of continuous competition. From build and handover to live running and turnaround, FTST held the operational thread venue by venue, week after week.
The role demanded relentless coordination across stakeholders, vendors and broadcast partners while maintaining the standards of a global flagship. Our job was to make that complexity invisible for players, fans and partners.
