Project management and show direction for the official launch of Al Khotah in Madinah — a landmark unveiling attended by HRH, Their Excellencies and leading CEOs.
Every cue, transition and reveal was orchestrated to meet the protocol standards and significance of the moment. A 600-drone show illuminated the Madinah sky while a monumental 18-metre arch anchored the scenography as a gateway to the project’s future.
From planning and stakeholder coordination to live show calling, FTST held the operational and creative thread through a high-stakes, protocol-driven event with zero margin for error.
