THE
STORY.
Three days, 40,000 attendees and a city-scale celebration for Al Qadsiah Football Club in Al Khobar.
FTST coordinated stakeholders, local authorities, staff, suppliers, production and operations as the main point of contact for the client. The opening included a 27-kilometre bus parade through the city, nine fireworks barges and 2,200 light drones.
Across the festival: three concerts, 150 traditional Harda dancers and 40 live performers on stage — a complex live operation delivered as one continuous audience experience.
