Bringing the Spanish Supercup to Jeddah meant delivering ceremonies worthy of one of European football’s most prestigious trophies — on a 15-day timeline.
FTST led project management and operations across the full ceremonial program: the pre-match opening sequence, closing ceremony and official trophy presentation. The creative vision, developed with Funshine, was built entirely on light — and our job was to make it work at stadium scale.
A synchronised drone show, projection content and programmable lighting across the grandstands turned the venue into a single instrument, played cue by cue. Thousands of fixtures, multiple technical vendors and one unforgiving countdown were orchestrated into seamless, broadcast-ready moments.
